So, Sightless was my first novel, and although I totally failed to get representation for its previous incarnation, the concept just wouldn’t die. So, like any good mother, I set my baby aside while I worked on another things. However, when I took classes on game development and we had to pitch an idea to the class (anonymously), I decided I’d revamp the concept and run with it.
Surprise, surprise, it was the third most voted idea in the class, behind two other pitches that tied for first place. That meant I had to
trick people into joining pick people for my team. So, I did. And they helped me turn the concept of “blind girl who sees through other people’s eyes” into a game.
